Day 21st, 18th Feb, Monday

Today was a very long day for CREWSADE,inc. First, we went to school and let Wahidah check on our script again. Once again, we had some minor changes to attend to. Apparently, the Ideation section still did not satisfy the requirements set by Wahidah. So, we’ll edit on that again, apart from it. We’re good to go to carry on our shoots for the other modules.

I also informed my group that I will not be available for a few days because of my pool competitions. They were really supportive of my pool, they did not reject my request. Thanks bros and wendy!!! Haha. But, since I’ll be away for some time, I’ll be working extra hard on the days that I am free. I dissapoint you all, I’ll do my best to enter TEAM SINGAPORE!! YEAH! =D. Today, I’ve been doing on the different expression that my character will be doing. I’ll be giving myelf only three days to do these. After this, I’ll have to rush on animations. Time is running short guys!! Let’s do these! Haha. Wendy is also doing good on her character design. Today, we decided not to scan our character designs into the computer to animate, which was our initial plan. Because by doing this, we’ll then be doing double job, because after scanning it, we’ll have to trace the character out on the computer again. So we’ve decided to just draw the character straight on the computer, but with reference to our drawings. By Thursday, I’ll be animating my character already on flash.

Apart from discussing on our animation schedule. We already planned to shoot on my 3D art fundamentals interview today. Before that, I did a voice over for our opening introduction. The song used was really epic, haha. So my group thought that my voice was suitable for it. LOL, and I thought my voice suits only the cartoonish part. But what to do, because greg is just so versatile!! LOL. Hmm…ok, enough of self-praises, haha…many more to come=). Anyway, lol…back to the voice over. This was my first time doing a voice over, it was really fun. But we got really distracted, haha. Lots of laughs here and there, causing many many NG’s. We took ONE HOUR!!! Just to do a 1min plus voice over long. Haiz…sad to say. On our first day of filming, we had an accident on the set. LOL, because the tripod was on the table for a high angle shot on our production bloopers. Half way during the shot, lol…the tripod fell on this innocent Wendy who was sitting quietly below the tripod doing her manga drawing. Ouch…that really hurt. She was really in pain, sorry wendy. Haha…she even had nauseous feeling, we were so worried that we suggested going to the hospital. But, a strong girl like her, haha…needed none of that. Just a pack of ice on her head to reduce the bump, she was OK. Lol..so we carried on filming. Then we got a little playful, we played catching with that bag of ice. HAHA!

OK, enough of the fun part. Next, we went to the studio on the fifth floor to do my 3D art fundamentals interview. OMG….this was really one tiring take. WE had a total of 15++ NG’s!!! haha…and, the worse part was my take had a sequence of me walking down a flight of stairs, counting the number of NG’s, I walked a total of 30++ times up and down that b****y flight of stairs!! The really worse part was that, silence on the set didn’t work at all. Because those b****y people in the studio were making a hell lot of noise, ar!! Damn them! Haha. Haha…I was partly to be blamed for the NG’s, because I forgot my script and I was laughing so many times during the takes. Its not easy to do an interview I tell you, especially when so many drama mama sequence are in place. HAHA…and sorry guys. I know I was too troublesome, had you all to shift the sets, had you all to set up my scripts on the laptop for me because I was lazy to memorise the script. I was being too troublesome, but thanks for not making noise. HAHA, I love you guys! CREWSADE,inc. stands by all their group mates=). After, 4hours of shoots!!! That was how long we took, we completed our interview on me for ONLY 3D art fundamentals. Haha…imagine how long more we have to endure for the rest of the interviews. But, hard works are paid off after we had a well and good shot on the interview. Great job guys!!! Haha.

Some words for my group mates:
Raj- Take it easy my bro, don’t stress yourself up too much. It is not doing any good to your health at all. I know you want the best and it to be done fast. But, you’ve already been a good leader as well as you’ve done so many awesome visual effects. Take a break bro. We can do it! =)

Jem- Bro, haha. You too, got to really rest. You look so tired everyday. Take it slow and easy, you’re the director of photography and cinematographer man!! You cant afford to fall, we’ll all die! LOL. =)

Wendy- HAH…hope you ok now! Lol…next time, wear a helmet during our shoots. HAHA, anyway. You are doing a good job on your animation, lets do it, rock the scholl with our animated characters!! Haha. =)
